• 200g Chocolate Protein Powder or 175g Flour and 25g Cocoa Powder
• 4 Egg Whites
• 100ml Milk
• 45g Peanut Butter
• 50g Natural Yoghurt
• 100g Pumpkin Purée
• 30g Dark Chocolate Chips
Put the protein powder in the bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour in the egg whites, yoghurt and milk. Stir until smooth. Melt the peanut butter and stir into the milk with the pumpkin until combined. Fold in the dark chocolate chips to the brownie mixture.
Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius.
Note: These taste absolutely amazing and they are moist, squidgy and taste like normal brownies!
